What it costs
Jerry costs 199 US dollars a year in the United States. Logging your sets costs nothing, ever.
It is in testing on iPhone and is not on the App Store yet, so nothing on this page can be bought today. These are the numbers that will be there on the day it ships, written down now so you can hold us to them.
Free, and it stays free
Every day, whether or not you pay
- Log every set, and build your own sessions
- Your fatigue, recovery and readiness, every morning
- Every session you have ever logged
- Every warning: a lift that has stalled, a week that must be lighter, a body that cannot take what you planned. He always tells you. Pro tells you what to do about it
- His scorecard on you: how many of his predictions about your strength landed inside the range he gave, misses counted
- His voice in the gym after your sets: what the set showed, and when to back off
Pro. Jerry coaches you.
The first 28 days are on us
- Today's session, built for your body: the lifts, the weight on the bar, the warm-up that gets you there. He changes it while you are still in it
- After every session, what it cost you and what changes next week
- Ask him anything. Ask what a heavier week or a different lift would do to you
- Let him read your sets through your Apple Watch, your AirPods or both. He counts your reps and measures bar speed, and checks each device against what you log before he trusts it
- Everything he has learned about your body, your six-week forecast, your records
- At day 28, his summary of your first four weeks: what he built, what he learned, and his scorecard on you
199 US dollars a year · about 16.58 US dollars a month, billed yearlyAfter the first 28 days, the yearly plan gives you 14 more days free: cancel before they end and pay nothing. Or 29.99 US dollars a month, billed monthly, and you can stop any time. The price depends on your country, and Apple shows you yours before you pay anything.
The first 28 days
Jerry coaches you in full for your first 28 days without asking for a credit card. He builds the session, sets the weight, warms you up to it, and changes his mind while you are still in it. Nothing is held back and nothing is a cut-down version.
The start date of those 28 days is saved on your device and in your own iCloud account, which is why reinstalling the app does not hand you another 28 days, and losing your phone does not cost you the ones you have left. On your last coached days he gives you the summary of the 28 days: the sessions he built, what your training taught him, and, once five of his predictions have been checked against what you actually did, how often he was right about you, with the misses counted.
What Pro opens, and what never moves behind it
After those 28 days, what Pro keeps open is his prescribed sessions, his review of every session, talking to him, asking him what a change to your training would do, reading your sets through your Apple Watch or AirPods, starting one of the built programs, and the deeper analysis screens. The yearly plan starts with 14 days free.
Two things are Pro from the first day, outside the 28 free days: importing a second training log, and the weekly report as a file you can send. The report you hand your coach is separate and stays free.
Free, and staying free: logging, sessions you put together yourself, your daily fatigue, recovery and readiness readings, your training history in the app, the export of your complete history back to the first set, Jerry's spoken voice, and his scorecard on you with every miss counted. The full list of his predictions is in Pro.
No warning is ever behind the paywall. When a lift has stalled, when the week has to be lighter, when your recovery will not carry what you planned, he says so whether or not you pay, because keeping those warnings from you would change what your body does that week. What he will not do for free is tell you what to do about it: under each of those warnings, where his answer would be, it says to open Pro. You are always told that something is wrong. Pro shows you what he would do about it.
One more never moves behind it. Report an injury and he acts on it in full, whether or not you pay.
What it costs where you live
199 US dollars a year works out at about 16.58 US dollars a month, billed yearly. If you would rather pay monthly and stop whenever you like, it is 29.99 US dollars a month, billed monthly. After the first 28 days, the yearly plan gives you 14 more days free: cancel before they end and you pay nothing.
That is the United States price. It is set country by country and is lower in many countries, like 99.99 a year in Argentina. In Spain it is 169 euros, with tax included. In Argentina and Uruguay Apple charges in US dollars, so a local card also carries whatever tax that country puts on a foreign-currency purchase. Apple shows you yours before you pay anything, in the currency it charges in where you are. Which price you get follows the country of your Apple account rather than where you live, so a United States account sees 199 wherever it is opened.
What a human coach costs
A human strength coach costs about 200 to 600 US dollars a month, and the online coaching services athletes know best charge in that same range. This is 199 US dollars a year in the United States.
We are not claiming to be one of them. A person watches you lift and this does not. What it does instead is write down what it expects of you before you touch the bar, and then grade itself on what it wrote, which is the one thing you can check without having to trust anybody. That is not a promise for later either: Jerry shows you how often he has been right about your own body once five of his predictions have been checked against what you actually did, and the combined record of the athletes who choose to publish theirs is scored on the 2nd of every month and published, whatever it says.
What the other apps cost
Two apps that plan your training and choose the weight for you cost more than Jerry. On the United States App Store, RP Hypertrophy costs 34.99 US dollars a month or 299.99 a year, and JuggernautAI costs 34.99 a month. Fitbod also chooses your exercises and weights, and costs less: between 12.99 and 15.99 US dollars a month, or between 79.99 and 95.99 a year. Jerry costs 29.99 US dollars a month or 199 a year, and your first 28 days with him are free, with no card.
Apps that only record what you did cost less. They are free to start, and their full versions cost a few US dollars a month: Hevy Pro costs between 2.99 and 3.99, and Strong Pro between 3.99 and 4.99. With us, recording your training is free, and it stays free. If you only want to record your sets, you never pay us. The 199 a year pays for the coach: the session built for your body, the weight on the bar, his review after every session, and his answers when you ask him something.
These are the prices on the United States App Store, checked on 1 October 2026. Each app can change its prices at any time.
Cancelling, refunds and restoring a purchase
Apple holds the card, sends the purchase receipt and processes the refund. There is no account here, no password and nothing to log into, so there is nothing on our side to cancel or to close. It renews until you cancel it, and you cancel it in your own Apple settings. Support has the steps for cancelling, asking Apple for a refund, and restoring a purchase on a new phone. The terms say the rest in the same plain words.
